American Red Cross Babysitting
Grades 5-8
This course teaches ages 11 and up how to care for young children and babies, what to do when a problem arises, how to find a babysitting job, how to negotiate a fee and other issues concerning babysitting. Upon class completion, participant receives a certificate.

Grades 6 - 12
This NEW program is dedicated to helping young people be the best that they can be! All boys and girls, grades 6-12 are welcome to participate. This club will include volunteer work, environmental clean-ups, working with seniors, field trips and more……. We want to help your children make positive choices during these difficult adolescent years.

Youth & Government - "An original YMCA program"
Grades 9 - 12
An experience in the legislative process. The developing of ideas into legislation by writing bills, caucusing, meeting with committees, debating bills, lobbying, reporting on the process and electing officers are all part of the experience. Through this program, high school students actually experience the State Legislative process.
