- Financial assistance
- The YMCA welcomes all who wish to participate and annually raises scholarship funds to help make that possible. Those needing assistance may request an application at our office. Income verification will be necessary to confirm the conditions of the request. Please contact Barbara at 203-481-9352.

- AWAY
- An AWAY (Always Welcome at YMCAs) sticker on your membership card entitles you to visit participating YMCAs in other cities when you are traveling. Ask a member service staff person to call the city you'll be visiting, or to find any YMCA in the US call 800-333-9622 or visit www.ymca.net
- Guests
- The cost of a 1 day guest pass is $8.00 per person ($5.00 for seniors). All guests must be accompanied by a current member.
- Cancellations
- A minimum number of participants is required for all programs. If minimum is not met the class may be cancelled. Those enrolled will be notified and refunds or credits will be issued.
- Credit policy
- After the start of the class, credit vouchers will be issued only for medical reasons documented by a physician. Such credit will be prorated for the number of classes remaining.
- Refund policy
- Refunds for program fees will only be approved for the following: The YMCA cancels the program or the refund request and withdrawal occurs prior to the start of the class and the reason is medically
documented by a physician.
