YMCA parent-child programs have a long history of providing children, ages 3 and up, and their parents with opportunities for good times, learning and mutual understanding. This program is called Y Guides and Princesses. It is based upon a respect for strong family and community ties in Native American traditions. The programs bring together parents and children in small groups. The groups get together for meetings to participate in fun and educational activities.
